A Survey on Signature Verification

چکیده
The most widely accepted bio-metric for identification and authentication of a person are signatures. Signature verification is a technique used by banks, intelligence agencies and high-profile institutions to validate the identity of an individual. There are various techniques for signature verification, both online and offline. This paper aims at providing detailed overview on different signature verification techniques. Advantages and disadvantages of each method are studied.
